This document regulates the utilization of helicopters offered by Air Chateau Flight Operation LLC, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, and employees (AC). AC provides services to individuals, companies, and groups within the United Arab Emirates. Prior to effecting a booking, AC ensures that all Customers are aware of the terms and contents of the agreement and shall acknowledge the same prior to booking.
Upon the receipt of a booking request and payment confirmation, AC will confirm the reservation, verify your reservation, and furnish you with comprehensive tour particulars, encompassing the date, time, and duration thereof.
The Customers shall require making the full payment at the time of booking, wherein cash payments/payment upon arrival for online bookings are not permitted.
The Customer must provide AC with their identity, age, and any special requirements, if necessary. They will also adhere to the operator's policies, including baggage restrictions, seatbelt usage, and any other rules set forth by the carrier and shall not cause any damages to the assets of AC.
Children under the age of two are not allowed to travel, while those aged two and above must purchase a full ticket and are neither allowed to sit on a lap, nor allowed to fly alone until the age of 12 years.
The Customers will be informed on the categorically forbidden items carried on board for AC helicopters. The determination of ground personnel of AC with respect to restricting prohibited items on the flight shall be conclusive and binding. AC shall provide locker facilities for safeguarding valuables of the Customers.
Passengers must wear comfortable and ethically good attire and accessories.
All Customers will mandatorily be covered by AC insurance as a part of the service.
The Customer must arrive at the time specified in the confirmation document and/or before 45 minutes of the aircraft scheduled time along with a valid ID card.
AC shall bear the responsibility of rescheduling the tour or refunding if a delay or cancellation occurs either wholly or partially through poor weather conditions or other external facts. AC hereby asserts its prerogative to adjust, revise schedules, or defer any aircraft on account of conditions such as meteorological factors, Air Traffic Control (ATC) delays, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), or any unforeseen circumstance that is beyond the sphere of control.
AC retains the prerogative to alter, delete or revise these terms and conditions without prior notification. Any such alterations or revisions shall be legally effective upon their publication on AC’s website.
AC retains the right to offload any customers without any refund if proved to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, which can be hazardous to the safety of their own or fellow passengers.

You represent and warrant that the individual electronically agreeing to the terms of this Agreement is empowered to agree to this Agreement on your behalf. You further agree that clicking the "AGREE" button below constitutes an electronic signature as defined by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and that the Agreement is completely valid, has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on and non-refutable by you.
