AIRCHATEAU – WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS - TOURS

This document regulates the utilization of helicopters offered by Air Chateau Flight Operation LLC, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, and employees (AC). AC provides services to individuals, companies, and groups within the United Arab Emirates. Prior to effecting a booking, AC ensures that all Customers are aware of the terms and contents of the agreement and shall acknowledge the same prior to booking.

Reservation Confirmation:

Upon the receipt of a booking request and payment confirmation, AC will confirm the reservation, verify your reservation, and furnish you with comprehensive tour particulars, encompassing the date, time, and duration thereof.

Payment Requirement:

The Customers shall require making the full payment at the time of booking, wherein cash payments/payment upon arrival for online bookings are not permitted.

Discounts or Promotional Offers:

• Any discounts or promotional offers provided by AC are exclusively available to authorized individuals and are strictly non-transferable, non-saleable, and non-exchangeable with any other person or entity. The eligible party must present their original ID and voucher for validation.
• In instances where a booking executed with a discount or promotional offer is annulled, the amount eligible for reimbursement shall be predicated on the actual payment made subsequent to the application of the discount. The discounted portion of the payment shall not be subject to reimbursement.

Personal Information:

The Customer must provide AC with their identity, age, and any special requirements, if necessary. They will also adhere to the operator's policies, including baggage restrictions, seatbelt usage, and any other rules set forth by the carrier and shall not cause any damages to the assets of AC.

Physical Conditions:

• The Customer with certain medical conditions, disabilities, or expectant mothers are not preferred for the tour, and it is incumbent upon them to verify that he/she is physically capable of participating in the tour and get a confirmation from any medical practitioner prior to the tour.
• Weight restrictions may apply to each helicopter based on its seating configuration and the pilot’s decision on boarding will be final. For the safety and smooth travel our weight limit per passenger would be 105kg.

Age Restrictions:

Children under the age of two are not allowed to travel, while those aged two and above must purchase a full ticket and are neither allowed to sit on a lap, nor allowed to fly alone until the age of 12 years.

Forbidden Items:

The Customers will be informed on the categorically forbidden items carried on board for AC helicopters. The determination of ground personnel of AC with respect to restricting prohibited items on the flight shall be conclusive and binding. AC shall provide locker facilities for safeguarding valuables of the Customers.

Dress Code:

Passengers must wear comfortable and ethically good attire and accessories.

Insurance:

All Customers will mandatorily be covered by AC insurance as a part of the service.

Timings/Schedule:

The Customer must arrive at the time specified in the confirmation document and/or before 45 minutes of the aircraft scheduled time along with a valid ID card.

Customer Cancellation:

• If a booking is canceled more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the original scheduled departure time, no charges will be applied, and a full refund will be promptly processed.
• For cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours but over twenty-four (24) hours before the original scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked cost will be imposed, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
• In cases of cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled departure time, the full reserved price, constituting 100%, will be charged, and no refund will be granted.
• Passengers who fail to appear for their scheduled flight without prior notice will be billed the full fare, and no refunds will be issued unless alternative arrangements are expressly agreed upon at the sole discretion of the Company.

Rescheduling:

AC shall bear the responsibility of rescheduling the tour or refunding if a delay or cancellation occurs either wholly or partially through poor weather conditions or other external facts. AC hereby asserts its prerogative to adjust, revise schedules, or defer any aircraft on account of conditions such as meteorological factors, Air Traffic Control (ATC) delays, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), or any unforeseen circumstance that is beyond the sphere of control.

Terms and Conditions:

AC retains the prerogative to alter, delete or revise these terms and conditions without prior notification. Any such alterations or revisions shall be legally effective upon their publication on AC’s website.

Substances:

AC retains the right to offload any customers without any refund if proved to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, which can be hazardous to the safety of their own or fellow passengers.

Photography and Video:

• Only mobile phone cameras and small digital cameras are permitted.
• Filming and professional camera equipment are not permitted on board without obtaining proper written approvals from the appropriate Dubai Authorities. Compliance with these restrictions is mandatory.
• Company reserves the right to utilize acquired photos or videos for personal promotion on social media and other platforms. This may include showcasing the experiences of our passengers, contributing to the marketing of our services.
• Photos and videos are not inclusive in the tour package; however, you may purchase those at the photo counter.

You represent and warrant that the individual electronically agreeing to the terms of this Agreement is empowered to agree to this Agreement on your behalf. You further agree that clicking the "AGREE" button below constitutes an electronic signature as defined by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and that the Agreement is completely valid, has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on and non-refutable by you.
